  • For over 11 years, I’ve guided others through profound inner transformation—combining traditional yogic principles, Tantra, and contemporary modalities like coaching, hypnosis, and shadow work. My journey began in my teens, at a time when I was physically immobile, and it led me toward a path of deep self-discovery and expanded consciousness. Since starting to teach yoga at 17, I have studied extensively throughout Europe and beyond, weaving together family constellations, shamanic traditions, and indigenous teachings to form my unique practice.

As a certified practitioner, I draw on these diverse influences to help clients reconnect with authenticity, heal from past traumas, and tap into their innate potential. In my intimate studio by the lake, I create a nurturing environment where body, mind, and spirit can come into alignment—fostering greater awareness, inner peace, and genuine self-expression.

I invite those who feel ready to begin this journey of awakening and transformation. Together, we can open the gateway to deeper presence, bliss, and the full richness of life.

  • I am a Tantra instructor, trainer (bodyworker, lightworker, pleasureworker) specializing in body, spirituality and intimacy work.

To this day, I don't know whether I chose Tantra or Tantra chose me. It undoubtedly pulled me out of my darkest places. I love Tantra as a path that connects all aspects of life, bodily and spiritual, allowing one to expand into infinity. My range of skills includes Indian and Buddhist techniques derived from the Tantric stream, Tantric rituals, bioenergetic massage, fascial massage, intimate communication, breath work, massage and meditation practices of both the Eastern and Western worlds. Through these, I help you reach areas where emotions and tensions accumulate, with the goal of discharging them and increasing sensory experiences coming from the body, while feeling a connection to the absolute.

I specialize in unblocking to receive touch, a deep and conscious exploration of one's body. I create a space-time where you can allow yourself moments to stop and relax, to reach, to expand. With conscious contact with your body and emotions, I invite you to feel and experience yourself and life even more deeply. I know that with this path we are able to work deeply and gently. My Motto - Pleasure Feeds.

I believe that access to one's emotions and pleasure are the key to full growth. That's why I help clients get to know their bodies and also learn to tap into the essence of our being. It's a form of healing that allows you to accept all aspects of your life and free yourself from shame, guilt and unsupportive cultural beliefs.
